Terraced Dwelling

An existing brick terraced house extended and upgraded to achieve an A3 rating.

A single and two storey extension provides a bright open plan area to the rear. The north facing aspect is optimised with a monopitched zinc clad roof to the rear allowing west light to penetrate. A new stairs with double height circulation brings daylight into the centre of the plan and links the existing house to the extension.
