An existing 1950’s semi-detached house was extended an upgraded to achieve an A3 rating.
The design incorporates a contemporary open plan living area to the rear with stepped terraces opening onto a south facing garden. The character of the original house is retained in the front bay room and entrance hall and the interior finishes are complemented by the clients interest in mid-century furniture and art.
