A large house in an exclusive gated community in need of upgrade and modernisation.

The existing house was dramatically transformed to create a luxurious home with high quality finishes and furniture. Through thoughtful redesign of the original layout the spaces have improved connections to each other, and enjoy aspects to the golf course maximising on south light orientation.
