A red bricked late Victorian dwelling in need of full renovation was sensitively restored and extended to create an A rated family home.
An understanding of the traditional construction was required to carefully specify the energy improvements necessary to bring the dwelling to a modern standard. The result is a bright healthy home with new connections to landscaped garden.
We successfully brought the client and contractor through the SEAI One Stop Shop system culminating in a grant awarded A3 rated house.
