The design references traditional vernacular form with a simple palette of external finishes including white render, zinc and timber cladding. The south facing open plan living areas are arranged to enclose a sheltered terrace allowing impressive views over the surrounding countryside.

When complete the timber framed dwelling will be A2 rated benefiting from a heat pump, MRHV and PV Panels creating a comfortable energy efficient home.
